Total Time:5 minutes
Servings: 16

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz packages softened cream cheese
  • 1 c maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer bowl or large bowl.
  2. Use a stand or electric hand mixer, and blend on high until everything is smooth and combined.
  3. Spoon into a serving bowl, and serve immediately.

Notes

Sweetener Alternatives: Maple syrup adds a cozy, natural sweetness, but feel free to experiment! Brown sugar gives it a warm, caramel-like flavor, while white sugar keeps it light and sweet. Just mix a bit longer for a smooth finish.
Dipping Options: While apples are the classic pairing, this creamy apple dip also works beautifully with graham crackers, animal crackers, vanilla wafers, or sliced pears for a fun variety.
Add-ins: Add a drizzle of caramel sauce to create a caramel cream cheese dip, or sprinkle in chocolate chips and crunchy toffee bits for extra sweetness and texture.
Storage: Store leftover dip in the fridge for 3-7 days (though it’s so good, it probably won’t last that long).
