Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  2. With your whisk in hand, blend everything together for about 30 seconds or until it's well combined. This is where the magic happens, and all those flavors start to marry each other.
  3. Once everything is nicely mixed, pour your dressing into a mason jar or any glass container you have. Make sure it has a tight lid. This is crucial for storing your dressing and making sure it stays fresh.
  4. You can keep this dressing at room temperature for up to a week. If you prefer it chilled or want to extend its life a bit, store it in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Notes

Feel free to substitute apple cider vinegar with red or white wine vinegar for a different, yet delicious, flavor profile. While extra virgin olive oil is preferred for its taste, any olive oil you have on hand will do. Remember, if stored in the fridge, let the dressing warm slightly and give it a good shake before use to mix well.
