Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
Weigh out 225 g soft white wheat berries (or another soft wheat of choice) and mill on the finest setting of your grain mill.
In a small bowl, whisk together the freshly milled flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, mashed banana, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25–28 minutes, or until the edges are set and lightly golden.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
